SORSOGON CITY, Philippines -- The Bicol region and parts of Quezon province were plunged into darkness Wednesday after a major power lines in Gumaca, Quezon that had been damaged by typhoon Reming last year bogged down, an official of the National Transmission Corp. (Trasnsco) said.
