MANILA, Philippines -- First Gentleman Jose Miguel "Mike" Arroyo has instructed his lawyers to withdraw all libel suits pending in courts, "taking in a genuine chance to make peace," Malacañang has said. Press Secretary Ignacio Bunye read the statement from the First Gentleman to media Thursday.
