DAVAO CITY -- (2ND UPDATE) Around 40 suspected New People's Army (NPA) rebels, posing as soldiers, raided the Davao Prison and Penal Farm (DPPF) in Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte at 1:30 a.m. Sunday and carted away over a hundred rifles, shotguns and pistols.
