CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—Pampanga Vice Gov. Joseller Guiao on Wednesday filed a disqualification case against reelectionist Gov. Mark Lapid for perjury, or for “falsely stating” his civil status as single when he was actually married to and has a daughter by a Korean woman.
