MANILA, Philippines -- Former Manila Representative Mark Jimenez has filed criminal complaints against three of his children and a son-in-law for their alleged unauthorized sale in 2004 of Meridian Telekoms Inc., which Jimenez owns, to Smart Communications Inc.
