(UPDATE 2) President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has announced a package of non-wage benefits for workers on Tuesday, Labor Day and declared that aside from this, her administration had created more jobs than her predecessor and that interest rates for housing loans had been reduced to a historic low.
