MANILA, Philippines -- The Court of Appeals has ordered the Office of the President and the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) to explain their decision banning the public showing of deposed president Joseph Estrada's bio-documentary film, "Ang Mabuhay Para Sa Masa" (To Live for the Masses).
