P1M offered to each Maguindanao mayor for 12-0 TU sweep

(UPDATE) DATU PAGLAS, Maguindanao -- Re-electionist Gov. Datu Andal Ampatuan Sr. has offered P1 million to each of the province's 22 mayors if they can produce a 12-0 win for TEAM Unity in the May 14 senatorial elections.

***How can you "produce" 12-0?  By cheating?
