MANILA, Philippines -- Former senator Gregorio Honasan Monday said he was sorry for the coup attempts that he had planned and launched against the administration of President Corazon Aquino.
***I don't undertstand this country. One man does not believe in the system, rebels against it, gets caught, lands in jail, files candidacy for senate, becomes senator. We should make the populace think back over the folly of electing candidates who are not fitted to rule us. We deserve the leaders we choose.
