President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo has approved the redefining of the word “veteran" to streamline the roster of veterans claiming pensions and other benefits and eventually save the government billions of pesos, Malacañang said Sunday.
***Yeah. Do that to the vets. Don't streamline your corrupt officials. What a government.
