An evening downpour snarled traffic then stranded several commuters in Manila as flash floods hit several major thoroughfares of the city Wednesday.
***What the....? Still happening in Metro? How odd. Especially a downpour that will cause flash floods. And please! It's friggin hot here in Laguna! It has not rained in our place for centuries. God Almighty!
