MANILA, Philippines -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has set a 12-hour visit to China as she wants to return to husband First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo, who has been confined in a local hospital since Monday after undergoing heart surgery, said Ambassador Marciano Paynor, Jr., chief of presidential protocol.
